Brainstorm a Children's Program
Brainstorm: A children's program is a six week program. The children will meet once a week for sixty minutes. The program is open to children between the grades of one to seven ages 5 to 12. The program will be conducted by a community volunteer. The topics covered are as follows: All about Epilepsy, Seizure First Aid, and Dealing with Emotions, Communication and relationships / friendships. The children will be experiencing a variety of activities ranging from arts and crafts to active games. The program is meant to be a fun learning experience which encourages freedom of expression, acceptance and understanding. Each child is encouraged to bring a friend or sibling with them for support.
This program will next run from July 22 until August 26 from 6:30 till 7:30pm.
